I made a complaint few weeks back regarding this salon to their respective authorities but didnt get response. Then approached through this medium and finally got a revert. In that revert there was no eagerness to solve the issue. No call was made from company's side and they didnt even admit the mistakes made on their part.
Now i could easily judge why the attitude of the staff is so pathetic. When the higher authorities are not considerate towards their customers why would the juniors follow the principles and morality.
I am actually shocked to see such attitude. They sent a single mail to revert and after then no reply has been made to my mails till today.
They are in customer servicing area but they have absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. For them the customer isnt even worth to get their reply, service providing is a different concept all together.
I regret of getting associated with this salon and i would recommend everybody to go for the discounted deals and never ever become members of such salon as they will only misuse, misbehave and u will dump your money literally . This salon actually dont deserve it.
