Street Style Store — Complain regarding delivery of order reference number: cxleujuwa | |||||
I ordered a combo of two footwears worth rs. 999/- on 17th april, 2016 from http://streetstylestore.com/ & paid through a credit slip which was provided to me by street style store when I returned a product last time. No tracking number except Order Reference number: CXLEUJUWA and no any other mail or message was sent to me except this the order received acknowledgement mail. They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not delivered the product yet. Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com. And when I call on the number which is shown on their website, it comes to be busy all the time. Help me get the ordered asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I got a mail that my order has been changed, but I didn't put any request to change my Order .I placed order for a combo of two pair of shoes worth 699 which includes Sleepless in seatle ( White ) size 38 and Body language - Shoe Size : 38(CXLEUJUWA). but now I got the mail that my order has been changed to Sleepless in seatle ( White ) - that too Shoe Size : 35 (Reference Number XYWXAWVUX). which would be of no use to me as size is changed too ..
Please change my order back to the one I placed for.Your service is really very disappointing .

Your original order was also placed in 35 for the product sleepless in seatle ( White ) but I have changed it to size 38 as per your request.

But why only one shoes pair that too worth 699 is dispatched, My order included a combo of two pair of shoes .I have applied a credit slip worth 795 while placing the order .but my Order history shows that only one shoe pair thatt too worth 699 is shipped .The order history is added for more information
