[Resolved] Street Style Store — Credit note not received | |||||
Order number - #987908 Hello. I had placed an order for shoes which didn't fit me. After a lot of emails and then a consumer complaint, the product was exchanged. I was told I would receive a credit note on 23rd November. But it is 8th December and I still don't have a credit note. Nobody ever responds to my mails. I was a refund of Rs 750 TODAY. This is highly unacceptable. I don't want to wait another month to place one more order and then be dissappointed again. I need a refund. Please support. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The delivery executive took Rs. 750, despite you mentioning clearly that the delivery is free of charge. I'd like the additional Rs.50 back as well. Cause clearly, you don't deserve 50 Rs for delivery charges for such pathetic service.
