[Resolved] Street Style Store — Did not get my order nor the refund. | |||||
I placed an order, ref. No. Mdqqredsa, with street style store on 03/03/2016. I did receive the order but i had to exchange it for a different size. On 03/30/2016 i received a mail saying the pick up request is sent. Later on i got a mail saying that they cannot arrange a pick up as some automation process is on. They requested me send the package back on my own as i will get a credit note for the courier amount. I sent the package back on 17/04/2016. It was received at their end on 19/04/2016 17:36 hours. I still haven't received any exchanged order. Moreover i don't get timely replies either. It takes them a month to reply back to a mail. The only phone number provided on the website never works. All i get is "once the product reaches the warehouse we will dispatch the order." it has been five months. There is absolutely no clarity and no professionalism whatsoever. They are not ready to refund the money either. The last correspondence i received was on 12/06/2016. Was this information helpful? | |||||

It is clearly mentioned in the complaint also that I have already sent back the shipment. It was received at your end on April 19th. Now, I don't have the shipment or the money I have spent on it.

This is what I was talking about. Still, I haven't received any reply. All I get is "please send the package back". I don't know how hard it is to look at their end where the package has been received.
Neither is there any will to deliver the package nor any intentions of addressing the issue.
