I had made a purchased 2 product in October 2015 and returned it due to size issues I am still struggling with the credit slip.. despite of several mails the CSR doesn't reply or solve your problem at once u have to chase n chase... ita almost 7 mont i am still doing a follow up for credit slip one of it was cleared now waiting for the second one i have send almost 6-7 mails but not a single reply..
