I had placed an order on 5/6/16 for 3 shoes on 999/- and received an email confirming my purchase. I had ordered using a debit card and was informed that my order would be dispatched within a week. I still haven't received my purchase and am not able to track it. How should I follow up on my purchase and track it and when will I be receiving it? I require the order urgently and I request you to kindly let me know the status of my order. I would be thankful if you provide a tracking address. When should I expect my order ?
