I have placed an order on 26th March 2016 for which i do not have any formal email confirmation, I was told that as per policy they take 3-21 days, after calling them n no of times they promised me to put my order on urgent and deliver it as soon as possible.. when it did not reach me i called them on again on 18th April, I was given a reason that due to long weekend holiday courier companies were shut and I will get my order in 3-4 days... I have an email from Karan Bhatia... Today on 28th Apr when i called again.. I have been told that one of the product is not available and hence my order is not dispatch... I do not understand if the product is not available then how come i was able to place an order for the same.. that means they are cheating the customer...when i asked Puja Seth to connect me to her senior she said no one is in office.. when i asked her to connect me to Karan Bhatia and Silky Kapoor.. she said they are also not available in office... I asked her to give me her bosses name and email id.. which she gave and its not the correct one.. some how i managed to find Vishal Puri who is the director of this company's mobile no.. he told me that he is out and cannot talk to me.. I asked him his email id .. and he just disconnected my call... After I spoke to Puja Seth .. within 2 minutes .. I got a mail from Karan saying.. to co operate with them and they will send my order asap... This people are fraud.. they are just taking money from people and using it...

above is the communication I have recd from Streetstylestore executive, stating that my courier is in transit... The same shipment was provided to me earlier, when i called the courier company they said its in someone elses name and for Bangalore... This people have removed their customer care no from their website so that we cannot call them.. this is ridicules... I have place an order on 26th March, its been one and half month they are just giving me wrong information... They are cheaters... Pls look into this matter

I placed a order for 3 shoes on 04/06/2016 but havent received any received any product till dated & ur website as others dont even show the tracking details.

I have ordered Sandals on 11th Sep and it's 30th Sep today and yet I don't have any update about my order no. 942891. Can you let me know whether I will even get the order or are you guys going to keep delaying it. I tried calling the number given in the website nearly 20-25 times today but it kept on ringing and no one picked the call. The estimation time to receive an email as a feedback from you guys is 24 hrs but yet I have sent an email 2 days back without any response from your side. Let me know what you are planning to do with my order. Silky informed me that it will be delivered soon but I haven't received any update from her. I have sent an email to Silky, helpdesk and also the id prvided by you in this site, please let me know if I will be getting my order or not.
