[Resolved] Street Style Store — Product not delivered after 3 months

I ordered 2 pair of foot wear from http://streetstylestore.com/ on 6 july 2016 and as on september 28 it is undelivered. (order no 787403
).
The amount was already paid. i mailed them multiple times citing delay and they assured delivery. but with 3 months lapsed, i requested for cancellation and refund which hasn't been made. also they have stopped replying to mails and never have they attended phone calls. definitely fraudulent company.
I would just want my money back at this point with appropriate compensation for 3 months delay.

However, a credit note worth Rs.999/- has been issued in your SSS a/c in place of your order 787403 and has been conveyed to you through our resolver team.

The credit note shall be valid for a period of 1 year and can used to shop anything from our website.
