Student — Gate money not refunded

Address:Dehradun, Uttarakhand

I had registered for Gate 2015 online (http://gate.iitk.ac.in/GATE2015/). My enrolment ID is G587T31 and registered email id is ayushtripathi.[protected]@yahoo.com . I tried paying my application fee using debit card (Bank of India) on 12th October. The transaction process failed 2 times deducting a total amount of 3025.50 (1512.75 x 2). It was published on website that starting from 21st October, money will refunded. It has been 30days since deduction, and still the money is not refunded. I have tried calling on the number provided on Gate website many times and also dropped the mail to IIT Kanpur contact, but there was no response. Kindly see into the matter and please refund the money at the earliest.
