[Resolved] Style Spa — Sale Receipt not provided | |||
Hi, I had purchased a Montana Wardrobe from Style & Spa Bhandup showroom which got delivered on 5th Jan 2013. During sale it was conveyed that as per company policy the sale receipt and warranty information is issued after a months time. Month on month basis I visited the showroom, called up on phone but to my dismay every time I got a new excuse, some of them were Auditing is on, Printer is not working, There is no paper in printer, Manager is out and he only can authorize etc. Finally when it was out of threshold and I confronted the manager it was decided to send a soft copy on my email id but that too didn't happen. I did called up the customer care Style and Spa, dropped them an email on 31st May 2013 and they too acknowledged that it will done in next two hours but that hour never came till data. Now I am sensing something fishy here as I feel the store has sold the Wardrobe at an exorbitant price (Re 30, 500/) and that's why they are concealing the facts. The payment was made by Axis bank debit card. Please look into this and provide a way for me to get the receipt. Regards, Rajeev Choubey Was this information helpful? | |||
