Styletag — Refund on my money

Hi,

I purchased a pair of heels online, from this website "styletag.com" for Rs.895/- I returned the same due to un even size. I had paid Rs.100/- as courier charges, which is extra. I have also submitted my bank details as requested by staff of styletag. Its been more than 12 days, that I have not got my refund. I have written multiple e-mails to [protected]@styletag.com. I have not received any reply. Whenever I call their customer service, the simple say, it will take one week, 3 days etc and keep dodging me for my money. I am fed and have one of the worst shopping experience with this site. I herewith claim Rs.10, 000/- as mental harrassment and agony caused me to due to non-reply and nil- courtesy from styletag. I want my money back with damages. Please help me get my money back.
