Su-Kam — Battery back-up complain (2 hour back - up only one fan)

I bought this battery before 4 month(may 2015) and it just give 2 hours of backup for One fans. I raised complaints various time to the dealer & call centre but no one listen me. they say someone will come and will send report then battery will change. But issue still persist. Please help me.
