Subject: Complaint to register a criminal case against a fraud job consultancy named Success 4 career solutions, Noida (UP) and all its Delhi based fraud members of below mentioned addresses and phone numbers for cheating us of Rs.70700/- under a conspiracy by promising us via email conversations and on phone talks to provide a suitable job for my daughter Kanika Bansal in Axis bank at Chandigarh location but after getting such amount they did not provide us any service, switched off their all phone numbers, not replying to our emails and not refunding our money as promised.
Respected Sir,
I, Anil Bansal 53 years old belongs to a middle class family and at present working at a chemist shop of a private hospital of the city and living in a small rental house of above addressed with my wife and three children. A fraud job consultancy named Success 4 career solutions, Noida (UP) and all its Delhi based team of fraud members naming Mr.Samrat, Sumit, Aman Verma, Amit, Nishant, Abhishek and Miss.Neha informed my daughter (Miss.Kanika Bansal aged 22years, B.com graduate) on phone and via emails that her resume is shortlisted for a job in Axis Bank at Chandigarh location and for this she will have to complete some formalities. In the beginning they started with only demanding a refundable registration fee of Rs.1600/- which we paid on 29/5/2015 but thereafter they kept on mounting by demanding more and more money and finally charged 1600+2000+8200+10400+12500+15500+20000+500=70700/- from us in three months (29/5/2015 to 4/9/2015). All the above charges were deposited by us into 3 different bank accounts of ICICI, HDFC and PNB of the consultancy and its members as below detailed. No payment was given in cash directly to them. In between whenever we claimed to return back our money, they blackmailed us every time by replying that this is the last payment and if we will not pay such amount this time again they will forfeit our previous deposit because it is their consultancy’s policy and they will not provide any job service to us also. They also assured us all the times regarding the job offer for Axis bank and full refund of money at the time of interview which is very much clear in their all emails. But after that since the payment was paid, we neither got any date of interview or any appointment letter from Axis bank nor got our payment back so far. Near about one year has passed, we tried hundred times to contact them but their all landline & mobile numbers are continue to switched off and they are not replying of our emails also. The one letter they provided us via email stating axis bank's offer letter later proved to be a fake document by the branch of Axis bank of our city because they intentionally did not write the date of joining, branch address and phone numbers of Axis bank on it. We did not meet all these fraud members face to face even a single time. We thought that the consultancy and its members has the bank accounts in the above named 3 known banks, it gave us surety and we trusted them that these people are genuine because every bank takes and verifies all the necessary details of every account holder at the time of opening of the new accounts. I also searched it on internet websites, there are many other people who were also cheated by the same consultancy exactly in the same way by the same named persons, same phone numbers and for the same job offer in Axis bank and they posted their complaints on internet websites against this consultancy. I am also attaching computer files of all that information of this fraud consultancy, its members and of the banks which they gave us during our email-conversations & phone talks and some information we got from internet search regarding their names & addresses, landline & mobile numbers, email-id, addresses of banks and account numbers, bank statements and payment receipts, payment details, email-conversations pages 1-21 etc. All this information is more than sufficient proof for your investigation and to take required action. These fraud persons can be traced very easily by the help of banks and telecom departments because at the time of opening a new bank account or issuing a new phone/mobile number both the departments always takes and verifies some necessary documents from the customer and keeps in their record for ever like photographs, id-proofs, permanent/correspondence addresses etc. If we arrest one person at least of this fraud team, all the other persons will surrender automatically and will be in our grip immediately. Sir, I belong to a middle class family. My salary is not enough to meet out our all house expenses so for this my daughter is also having tuitions at home. We had deposited the amount Rs.70700/- by borrowing from our friends and relatives which are now pressurizing us for refund. We feel cheated and want your help to bring this fraud consultancy down because this is an unbearable amount for us and my daughter has suffered a lot of mental harassment and is very much upset due to this consultancy. So please help us to claim the entire amount with compensation for all the harassment suffered and put the above named fraud persons behind the bars as early as possible. All these fraud people have a BIG GANG and are a big danger for the society because it is not merely a cheating of money it is a big CYBER CRIME also. I have all the bank receipts and necessary conversation proofs to prove my case is not fake. So, it is again requested to your good self by my all family members to please mark this complaint as early as possible so that I may get justice and also no one else ever gets cheated again by such type of fraud consultancies. Kindly inform me via emails/mobile, the steps taking by your good self in this regard.
