One of the person mr. vijayraghavan from sulekha properties called me from +[protected] on 06 september stating if i subscribe to a premium, the company gurantees 30 leads in 30 days.

The gentleman eventually send the same claim to me over email. following i subscribed to the premium for advertisement and shared the transaction details with him.

Days kept passing by with no sign of any lead.

Vijayraghavan when contacted after multiple tries (he though very kindly never responded to a single mail so far written to him) stated sulekha requires minimum 15 days to gather leads.

Still no leads and on 17th day when contacted vijayraghavan played smart telling he does not work on lead generation, its another department and he hardly can help.

Trying the call center numbers[protected] proved to be of no use, long waiting and eventual disconnection!

Following the contact details published at sulekha portal, i tried +[protected]. repeated tries and all i was advised that all senior personnel (including their managers) are in a meeting. the status remained same even after an hour - the meeting continued as advised to me.

A lady there was kind enough to advise soon (she infact quoted 15 minutes) one of their manager will call me back to explain whats being done to my complain (no leads contrary to the guarantee).

Till date, needless to mention i have received only 1 lead (3 days back) and i am still hopeful sulkeha lives up to its reputation to sharing 30 leads in 30 days.
