Suman — Stock market Investing via dabba trading

I feel cheated,
I am doing stock market trading
One day a call came to me from Mr.vipul
Who claimed that he gave some tips from stock market and I have to pay 30% of profit, I paid 3000 R's first day 30% of profit, next day he told me transfer 1lakh in Mr Suman's account, because if he will give more margin, after I transfered 1lakh I realised that this is dabba trading,
So I call him to pay back my money,
One week he is telling next day I will send your money but he didn't send money
And after one week he is telling that police raid at our office so your money is gone
What can I do?
Dabba trading is crime
If I am going to complain police will also take action against me???
