Sun Direct HD — Signal Not receiving | |||
My SUN DIRECT HD connection lost signal on 21/08/2015 and it was rectified by the company technician on 22/08/2015.On the next day I contacted him and informed about it.But he has not attended the complaint.On 25/08/2015 I contacted the Customer Care and registered a complaint.No result.Whenever I contacted the techn he replied that he would come on mng/AN/evng.But did not come.It is really teasing.I am not receiving the signal and connection became a useless one.Pl remember this is ONAM, our national festival.Please do the needful.Smart Card No. is[protected].Mob No.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
