Sun Direct — smart card no : [protected] | |||
I had added a channel ten sports for my smart card with rs 25, the balance has been deducted and the channel didn't obtained for about 17 days. So I called customer care several time to refund my amount since the channel doesn't obtained and everytime I called them they told me that they will resolve my problem. But it didn't happened. And this sun direct dth system is completely for cheating their users. I am going to stop this service since they are irresponsible for the value of customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
