[Resolved] Sun Direct — unable to see any channels | |||
This is Praveen Sivaprakash residing at sakinaka, khurd mahal, Mumbai 400072. I've taken a Sun Direct Connection, for 7 months subscription. The smart card no. is [protected] For the past 3 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E52, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 2 weeks[protected] they told that they will fix the problem but till now they don't even send an service technicians and they told that if they send the technicians and they will give us a call when the technician will come . While I enquired the dealer he then took my set top box and told me that he will fix the problem but till now they did not returned to me. From the second week I got the direct consumer service line and I have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 20 calls (both from my land line and Mobile). Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response.
