sun plant agro ltd — Non-delivery of product or his cost

I received a certificate bearing sl.No. 7(hld/20/[protected]/06/2009 from m/s. Sun-plant agro limited for delivery of total 564 ltr. Of jatropha bio diesel after eight years on payment of rs.6, 000/- (rupees six thousand) only. The said payment was made by me at your haldia office and the certificate was received from the haldia office. My participation date was 15.06.2009. As per the terms & conditions, from the fourth year i will get back 33 ltrs. Of said diesel or the cost of bio-diesel @rs. 25/- per ltr., i.E. Rs.825/- (rupees eight hundred twenty five ) only which has already been started at the end of 03.03.2011 and the final delivery of 564 ltrs. Will be made after eight years, i.E. 14.06.2017. Suddenly your haldia office was locked out for a few years ago without any notice of any customers. The date of delivery of my fourth year, fifth year, sixth year have already been elapsed, but i have not received my payment till date. I met several times to the kharagpur office of the concerned company but no action has so far been taken by their end.
