Sunflame Enterprises — Faulty Mixer Sold | |||||
Dear Sir / Mam, Greetings Please find we have purchased a new mixer of Sunflame on 13th November 2016. We have purchased is from Novelty Smart Kitchen Store sector 50 Noida on 13/11/2016 a copy of Bill attached. The day we bought machine while checking at home one spin button was working freely. After 2 days my mother was tried to grind Khadi Dhaniya in the machine where the jar got over heated and Jar coupling got damaged by over heating. Both 2 new jars coupling and machine coupling were damaged. Today your support staff has visited us to see the machine. He informed that the motor is disbalanced because of which the jar coupling is damaged and the spin button had a problem. He has said to repair it after 2 days which i said to speak to the supervisor and replace the machine and jars since the product is faulty, but still no one hs reverted as on 3rd December 201. I have spoken today with Mr. Dev Pandey who is saying that we can only repar the machine. I want to know that once you have sold me a faulty product why cant the company change it and if the machine gets spiled later after months will company replace or cover it under warrenty. Incase you want me to file a consumer complaint in consumer cell do let me know, i will file a proper case upon you. Its been 20 days now and no one is listining. We have brought a new machine which went faulty within 10 days of purchase. I would kindly request Sunflame to kindly replace us with a new machine. We are not satisfied with the quality of the product. Do not force us to take a legal action or file a conumer court case against you for selling a faulty manufactred device as confirmed by your service engineer.
