[Resolved]  Sunflame — Service not done

I purchased one cook hood sunflame venza 60 from ram ji electronics on june 20, 2014. My receipt number is 252. The chimney is producing a lot of sound since last one month. So, i requested the ram ji electronics (Lakkar mandi, batala-143505) to do its service as per warranty. But they refused to do so though i requested them many times.
