[Resolved] Sunflame — Sunflame espresso sf 721 coffee maker | |||
I had purchased a sunflame coffee maker back in 2012. The device functioned okay for the first 11 months. Thereafter it started giving problems. The coffee machine leaks while making espresso and the espresso is not functioning. I would have purchased a normal drip coffee machine worth 1.5k to 3k, but i wanted espresso so i invested in this 7k machine. I have been using multiple devices of sunflame and am happy with the products. But this time the company has hopelessly disappointed me. It has been sent to repair to sunflame multiple times however it is returned with same problem. Last time the service engineer mentioned that there is something wrong with the device and he would go back to office and lodge a report. However it has been more than 3 weeks and nothing has been done. This is the worst experience i have ever had. I have contacted customer care of the company but they simply stopped responding. Seems like you are trying your luck while using sunflame products. As long as it works fine, you are good, but if it would start giving problems, you are of nowhere, the company people would not respond. Was this information helpful? | |||
