Sunflame — Sunflame hob malfunctiong

I purchased a sunflame hob ( Four Burners) from their authorized dealer in Nagput Ms.Pande & Sons. Right from the day of installation there was a problem with the auto ignition of the big burner. The Dealer washed his hands off by referring our complaint to the Company. From the internet the authorised service centre Ms/Abhianish Sales & Service[protected] refused to take our request, n when we persisted send a technician once who came, saw and told us he will return since he is in the dark about hobs and almost a year now no one takeour calls, the company does not resp[ond, the pther burners give out yellow flame and cookig vessels get a thick soot coating... Our last hope cau u help
