We are purchased 25 Havells lighting for our warehouse.But some equipment fittings choke was fused.I need service technician with replacement light fittings from Chennai Surroundings. We log the complaint by customer care.Then local vendor contact with me.He ask the Havells fittings model photo through Whatsup.But Choke was manufactured by Wipro Product.They can't do the Service, If applicable only from head office approval. Initially stage, We ordered havells product only.But you sent wipro assembly product for contingency purpose. We follow last 10 days over phone & mail .your dealer was not responding properly and not attend the call.
