Supershoppeemart — Fraud Company

Updated by Deeptapadar Hi I am Sourav Tapadar from Shillong. I am a victim of taking a dealership from super shoppee mart. A lady named Poornima Soni ([protected]), so called zinal manager (once called me for taking the dealership of their company and I need to deliver their product for which they will pay me 600 bucks per delivery. I paid a security of Rs. 20000 to them on 4th of July 2015. And I have received a parcel of some medicines after 10 day. As they said that they will provide me customer to whom I have to deliver the products but they failed to provide a single customer. And I have decided to cancel the dealership. So on 3rd of Oct I have returned them the products and on 8th of October they received it. And they said they return my money after 1 month. But now they are now not refunding and not receiving my call . I have their agreement copy, each and every mail, all the phone call recordings, the neft details along with their details. Please suggest me what to do now. Should I file an FIR against them.
