We have purchased unit no. R026cs10508 in tower cs1 in supertech capetown, sector-74, noida (U. P.) from mrs. Harvesh rani chawla w/o bhagwan das chawla r/o 107/44 st. No. 4, east azad nagar, delhi - 110051
As per main allotment agreement entered between mrs. Harvesh rani chawla w/o bhagwan das chawla and supertech limited cost o[censored]nit and facilities attached thereof mentioned as under:

The flat was transferred from mrs. Harvesh rani chawla to vikas poddar and priyanka poddar on 26th april 2012.In new allotment letter entered between vikas poddar, priyanka poddar and supertech limited below mentioned line related to facility included in total cost was removed due to clerical mistake from new agreement to the detriment of the transferee.

At the time of my final demand settlement of above mentioned flat with supertech limited, supertech has given all the facilities including electricity installation charges upto 1 kw except club membership.
We have to state that we have paid the entire cost of the flat including club membership. So, you are requested to kindly allow club membership with unit no. R026cs10508 in tower cs1 in supertech capetown, sector-74, noida (U. P.)
