[Resolved] Supertech — Delay of over 3 years - Possession still not given

Our flat D1-804 in Livingston was booked in Jan 2008 by my daughter with possession promised by Mr. Tanveer, GM and Mr. Anil Sharma, Director through his email in June / July 2010. This date was arbitrarily changed to July 2011. At the time of booking there were only about 800 flats in the project which has been increased to 1370, increase of over 71%. The possession of flat is yet to be given even after 6 years of booking date. Even now in January 2014, facilities like club is not ready. God knows when we will get the possession of our flat. Paltry compensation of Rs. 5/- psf is not enough. Interest of 12% per year should be given for the delayed period. Uma Gupta & Narendra Nath Gupta

Updated by nngupta Supertech has changed possession date at least 25-to 30 times in last 6 year. They are not sure when they will complete the project.Though booking was done in January, site excavation was started in June 2009, 18 months after accepting the booking. This is very unethical, when you are not in a position to start the construction why start the booking process. This is nothing by cheating by Supertech. They should be heavily fined their own association, The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI).

I hope the CREDAI will look into this matter.
