Supertech — Nil reply to e-mails, no update provided by the company; customer id still not issued

I have invested in supertech ecovillage 2 in early 2013 but till date i have not been issued with the customer id. I have been contacting the crm cell through e-mails but zero/nil response being received.

Various mobile numbers viz a viz ms tithi and others are coming out of order and have also received e-mail failure from few which means lot of supertech staff has been changed.
