Supertech — Supertech Ecovillage 2, Extra Charges

Dear All, Yesterday we get the demand letter/offer for possession in Eco-2 Tower B16. In this demand letter supertech(Superchore) is charging the farmer compensation from us, while flat was booked in Mar 2010 before this dispute & the increased compensation is to be paid by the Builder & not from the buyer (refer the article of economic times). http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/[protected]/news/30306548_1_flat-buyers-land-acquisition-higher-compensation This is against the high court notification since it was to be applicable only for new flats & not for the OLD flats Thanks Hemant
