I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected]. I have not subscribed for hungama music, movies & games but a sum of Rs.349/- has been unnecessarily included in my bills each month. Without my consent through phone the subscription has been done. So kindly decativate the plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for plan.
