The dealer Mr.Ravikumar gave false information that Hot water will be available all the time. But even after 15 days ofof installation I am not able to get hot water at all. The dealer tells me all nonsense stories if I ask him to take the machine and refund my money. He tells that product once sold will not be taken back. I am not happy with the product and I want my complete money that is 14, 500 for the system and 2, 500 for plumbing charges back. Please help me.

Supreme Solar — non functioning of 200 lpd solar geyser.
We got installed 200 lpd solar geyser of Supreme solar make through Entegara ltd at our residence at 45/7 shastri nagar Meerut but the geyser is not operating since its installation in Feb.2013 and the firm M/s Entegra is not responding. Pl. advise how to deal in the matter to get resolved the complaint.
