I purchased Nokia 1100 Mobile Phone, SKU Code XJ4CD809FD2 with Order ID: MQGV556371 on 29 January, 2016 . It is not working as SIM NOT VALID says once I inserted the SIM in to phone and I tried 4 other network SIMS and result is the same since it's defective item. I called many times to your customer care number : [protected], your number is not in service. I request you to kindly do the needful. Please replace with good mobile or refund my money Rs. 699.
