i was returned the product (redmi 2) to you on oct-13 then your executives said to me your refund cheque made your by your name with in one week you have receive the cheque but untill you dont send the cheque to me.

i was send the mobile (redmi2 price:5300) to on oct-13 then executives said that your refund in the form of cheque by my name with in one week but now nov-16 untilll now there are no cheque and cannot connected the customer call please telll me ur exact customer care number done the process
