Hi Friends,
With experience i walk in to Sutherland, velachery.I went and approached receptionist, where i was guided by Abinaya(HR). I went for all the rounds of interviews as you all know the interview process of Sutherland. At last that hr said me that she will call me. Where i did not get any call for next four days. Then i called that Hr and she said i got selected, asked me to come and join. I went next day morning, i was about to meet Mr.Ashokan.He asked me to complete my notice period in my previous company.Again i confirmed him that do i require to attend interview process from first after coming with relieving letter. But he gave me the assurance that i can join immediately with showing experience letter. Actually i have to serve two months notice period, with his(Ashokan) assurance i requested hr of my previous company where i paid and got relieved in 10 days.
I went Sutherland on Dec 3rd, 2013, met Abinaya(HR), she correctly identified my name and asked me to meet Ashokan to show relieving letter. I met him. He asked me who are you ? I reminded him that happened 10 days ago, he said me to attend the interview from first as i came one month before and crossed one month time gap and all stuff.I was terribly shocked and felt really bad, i know he is playing game with my life but i was speechless and helpless.If he really don`t have job vacancy, he should have said me. why this kind of attitude. Till now i am searching for job friends, really painful.Politicians are far better than these people. Thank you Sutherland Chennai, thanks Mr.Ashokan for shattering my income and peace.Please think twice and even more time, ask your friends, get true feedback and then decide to work for this so called company.
