complain number 1 - This is a complaint against Labor Commissioner Maharastra - He has not replied to my 9 emails and attachment is my complain for gratuity claim. There is no single reply 2- Sutherland Global Services - I have served here for more than 5 years but have not received Gratuity. I have send almost 75 email correspondence but still i have not received Gratuity. I had an interview with sutherland global services, and hour before the interview, I received an email saying they were not moving forward with me, I think this is very unprofessional, and I believe they may be a work from home scam
