[Resolved]  Suvidhaa Care — Online recharge of 399 not done, still amount is not refunded

Inc474350 complaint was logged in suvidhaa care which is online site for recharge still they have not refunded my amount and telling us that it will be credited in my account. . . But when no answer why these sites are open to cheat the people. . .
