Sweet Khana — Food items quality, shipping delays, poor packaging | |||||
Ordered jul 25, 2016 but they took 2-3 business days to ship & then fedex, dtdc took their own sweet time of 5 business days, finally arriving the items after very late & even some food has hair in it, still few items in our order were missing. Every thing they say on website is useless, not even relevant... They even sent half-cut sweets (We ordered around rs.2000 rupees worth of order).. So don't even think about this merchant, all their facebook reviews managed, I am going to launch a consumer complaint against these scrupulous people & fight in whatever court for making me wait for 6 business days & finally going some of the items wasted as these were supposed to get picked up for usa, worst food quality, unhygenic (Hair in some items), half-cut sweets to save them 50% costs, Was this information helpful? | |||||
