Swipe Telecom — Faulty battery - battery not being changed | |||
I had brought a swipe elite 2 from flipkart on 15th jan 2016 (Order numberod[protected]. Recently it had a problem with its battery, it was unable to retain charge and had swelled up. We had taken it to a service centre (Mousumi mobile care work order number wbhowmmc786) which we found from the original website. The phone is with them from 27th april and no action has been done till now. Everytime they are saying it will take 7-10 days more. Was this information helpful? | |||
