Swipe Telecom — Pathetic customer service - complaint not resolved even after 50 days | |||||
I purchased swipe elite mobile phone in june 2016. The mobile stopped working after 2 months. Handed the mobile in service centre in tirupati in aug 2016 and they informed it takes 21 days for rectification and delivery. Work order no. is ap-trpt-ktc-94. I am contacting swipe telecom's customer care every week for my hand set. However, no response from swipe telecom even after 50 days whether the servicing done or not. Still postponing and the new date set for delivery of my mobile is 30.11.2016. Very humiliating customer care the swipe telecom got. Make in india brand will be dumped and no customer will rely on indian products, if a company like swipe telecom is still allowed to make their business. Was this information helpful? | |||||
