As per Complaint No.1233446 dt.23.02.2016 we got call from Mr. Anuj via Mob.+91 [protected] on 25.02.2016 01.10PM, he offer me the product will get more 2 weeks if you interested then wait or cancel your order and take refund your amount then I told him to refund my money also I provide my bank details to him then he assured me that money will be get your account till evening of 25.02.2016 but fact is that I still not get any refund from it and now I am trying to call them on their no. +91 [protected], +91 [protected], +91 [protected] but they don't pickup my call so I am worry about my money.
as per suffering by me from Syber place e solution pvt ltd its a fraud company and I request to you please take serious action immediately against the company so that no other person face the situation like this hell.

i have placed an order for YU Yuphoria mobile on 9th feb 2016 with Order no.:[protected]
but now its 23 feb 2016 but i didn't my product even no update on the tracking.
Also i tried to reach them over phone but no one answer the call.
I really got irritate as now its 14th day and no response .
i have attached the invoice for the same.
