Dear sir, I have ordered experia m4 cost 15889 from syberplace. My order number is[protected]. The AWB no sent to me was incorrect. So I couldn't track where my order is. When I'm contacting the seller they are saying that they are dispatching the order today since 22th Nov. But my order hasn't been delivered yet. Also there is no option for cancellation in site.

I want to cancel my order.
I want my refund in my account immediately as the order hasn't been shipped yet. So they should refund my money immediately.

I got a mail from syberplace regarding refund on 25th Nov with cancellation I'd 111054SPRF. It was stated in the mail that my refund will be initiated within 48 hours and will be updated by transaction details.
But four days passed they haven't initiated my refund as well I haven't got any transaction detail.
Please look into the matter.
I think they are evading my refund.

Syberplace.com is not dispatching my order no:[protected] even after 10 days I have called thrm many a times and they always say sir we will surely dispatch it today, kindly look into this matter.

I have ordered my phone j2 samsung from last 19 days and there is no contact no. Given where i can call and talk to any o[censored] not the voice mail its been so long if i dont recive my product till 21th may i will case a file as frod against u and will drag u to court as ur policy's state that the order shud b delivered within 13 days i sver i m a gone head now if i dont get any calls or reply from u guys i will case on u for sure
