Symphony — Coller not working

Dear Team, I hace purchase a Storm70 Symphony coller, after 2 months it's motor is burned after that his engineers came at my home & changed the same again a pump burned & with this body of coller is giving current . As my side i said to both dealer & Symphony mr. Ashish tyagi ( Area Manager of Ghaziabaf ) for change the same because due to this if current or fire related issue in the body of coller then who will be responsible. Kindly check & pls help Now latest complaunt no. is GH-RK-17G15004 Thanks & Regards Siddharth Krishan Gupta Ghaziabad
