Symphony Limited — pathetic response no value for customers money | |
I ordered for a symphony air cooler through shopcj on 27 and got the product in 28 April. however within 1 day the product stopped working. I filed complaint with symphony they gave me a complaint nbr :MU-SD-29D15004
I was told that within 48 hrs a technician will come to repair the product. Since then no one has called me or no one has bothered to come to chk the product. I feel cheated for 5750 rs . no one is taking responsibility for repairing the product. The symphony call centre people gave me Nbr for vinay [protected] and narendra [protected] and both of them not answering my call.
I just want to say it is the responsibility of symphony to inform the technician to come and repair the product. I want the refund of the amount or wnt them to repair it asap. Was this information helpful? | |
