Symphony Limited — Service support not given since 18 July 2015 | |||
Dear Sir, I have registered complain regarding my cooler's Pump on 18/07/2015 on customer care no [protected].The customer complain No Given to me was GH-SB-18G15003. But the service from them is still awaited. No one has visited to even check my Cooler(Model No Window 70XL). One a call was received by me regarding customer satisfaction so I told that person that No one has visited me so i am not satisfied. But I have not received any response since then. When I called them on 11/08/2015 they told me that My call is Closed & after argument they issued me new complain no GH-SB-11H15002 WITH COMMITMENT THAT MY PROBLEM( Cooler is not Working) will be resolved in 24 Hrs.I have received Call fron person having No [protected] on 12/08/2015 that my problem will be resolved with 24 Hrs. But till Now No one has visited me. I Have received a call on 15 Aug 2015 that person(Contact No [protected]) wants to visit your site now & I informed that person that today is national holiday so I am not as my House so He Informed me that he will Visit Next Day but no one has visited me till Now.
