I purchase samsung galaxy a3 on 15 aug 2015. And i took insurance of syska gadget on 16 aug 2015.My phone damage on 01/10/2015.And i iformed syska gadget on 02/10/2015.That time executive told me that your request is on process and you get confirmation in 48 hours.Till today i did't get reply.Onthe contrary executive told me that you can go to consumer forum.We do not care about it. I called in customer care five time.But they have given unbeliveable answer. I want to repair my device though insurance . Kindly help me .Get me out of it. My mobile no is +[protected]
