My handset water damaged on 20/07/2016. After that i immediately made contact with syska customer care & provided details. As per communication with syska gadget secure i have uploaded documents on their website & gone to their local office for submission of cellphone but they denied to accept it due to their issues with syska gadget secure. Finally they pick up damaged cellphone on 02/08/2016. After which completion of their legal formalities took several days & my claim is approved on 29/08/2016. As per communications with them accepted delivery date was 29/09/2016. But till date my cellphone not received & their local agent telling me that my cellphone is repaired, but cost of repairing not paid by syska. So they will not give me my cellphone.
