Syska Gadget Secure — Worst customer service and no response | |||||
My CIN is [protected], I made a complaint on 17/12/2015, about my mobile claim, i gave my mobile to one of your guys on 7/1/16, i did all the paperwork as asked by you and completed all the formalities. Now, after 2 months, they are asking me for even more documents which are not related to the mobile, and being honest, i am not a document keeper, i keep only necessary documents which might come in use for future. One of my friends suggested to take syska insurance, and i even watched advertisement on tv about imran khan branding syska, i feel very low, thinking about my decision of choosing syska, and will definitely not be able to recommend anyone to any products of syska in the market, as the employees in the company are not even authorized to give their employee id to customers for any future correspondence, a company like that feels dodgy when u talk to them over the phone.
