Myself Mr. Adnan Khan son of MR. Abdul hamid khan have lodged a complaint ID([protected]) to syska on 25/9/2015 regarding samsung Note 3 Neo which was physically damaged while i faced accident, so I submitted the mobile to your executive for further process, so after 10 days i got known that my mobile is totally loss and i will be getting 90% cashback but now from 20 days i am taking continous follow up from your local sevice centre Nashik but thay are still saying me the file is in progress, i want correct and necessary action on it, because as per your policy 20days is given and now almost 2 months is over. i want you to take this matter on high priority and close this as soon as possible.
