Sysvine Technologies — CEO torture, stressful life, blackmailing, not giving experience letter giving for the employees even though he worked more than 5 years.

CEO's torture... Ceo's micromanagement... Need to get CEO's approval for all, including toilet tissue paper... Employees will treat as slave... HR is simply useless, always put jaldra (ama sami) to management. He won't care about employees needs... Employees needs not gone to management... Not following any process. Everything runs based on CEO's mood... so very bad design in project... project quality is also very worst... No good projects to work.. only frontend projects are there... Ceo will change everyones interested programming language frequently.. like java, .net, php... because of this no one able to strong in one technology. Two years written bond initially... after that we oral bond for every year... Blackmailing for relieving letter, experience letter... Relieving from Sysvine in the worst part... They won't give experience letter... even though the employee worked more than 5 years in Sysvine... Notice period is two months and it is disaster... If the employee start to work on his notice period... he need to have strong heart... one employee tried for suicide... so this much pressure will be there... Demanding money for all the worst quality product... Very very very lowest pay... Ceo is having BMW car, but he will behave like a begger... Need to forgot our family and friends. Work hours would be more than 15 hours daily including Saturday and Sunday. Ceo itself give good reviews about the company in all sites for his publicity... All good reviews are false in all the sites... Conclusion: Better don't join this company...
