T24 Mobile — VERY Poor customer service

First of all they didn't gave proper information about isd packs. Secondly, when I again called to get information and to know why wasn't the pack working the disconnected the call and worst part after that till now I am unable to contact with customer care. I am really very very disappointed with the service provided by T24.
